Proof Of Payment

To ensure a smooth and timely production process, we ask for proof of payment before starting production.


What counts as proof of payment?

Any of the following is acceptable:

  • A bank transfer confirmation (PDF or screenshot)

  • A payment receipt from your bank or payment provider

  • A screenshot of your completed online payment with visible reference and amount

 Make sure the project number or invoice number is visible, if possible.


Why is this important?

We begin production only after:

  1. Your final artwork is approved, and

  2. We’ve received a valid proof of payment

This helps avoid delays and ensures resources are only committed to confirmed orders.


How to submit it

You can upload your payment confirmation directly via the "Upload proof of payment" field in your offer page, or send it to your Account Manager by email.
