We know timing is critical when it comes to promotional items — especially for events, launches, or seasonal campaigns. Here's what you can expect in terms of production and delivery:

Production Time

Production time varies depending on the product, printing method, and quantity. Here's a general guide:

• With logo printing:
  Usually 2–5 business days after we receive your final artwork approval and payment confirmation.

• Without printing:
  In-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days.

For large quantities or custom products, production time may be slightly longer — your Account Manager will inform you.

Delivery Time

• Standard shipping within Europe:
  Typically 2–4 business days.

• Express delivery:
  Available on request — charges may apply. Please contact us if you have a strict deadline.

Important Notes

• Production starts only after both artwork approval and proof of payment have been received.

• Delays in either step can shift the delivery timeline.

• You’ll receive updates by email as your order moves through production and shipping.
