How do customized fans work?

If you're ordering custom fans, here's everything you need to know about production, print options, lead times, and packaging.

Fan Types & Production Time (From 100 pieces)

For orders over 1000 pcs: Add +2–3 days production time

Shipping to destinations outside our office (e.g. customers abroad): Add 2–3 extra days for transit

Printing Specifications

• Minimum order: 100 pieces

• Standard print: One side, full-color CMYK

• Two-sided print: Available on selected fan models — takes longer

• Color options:

  • Plastic fans in black or white as standard

  • Custom PMS colored plastic: Only from 2000 pcs, otherwise availability upon request

  • Black bamboo available – premium pricing applies

Print File Guidelines

• Color profile: CMYK or Pantone Solid Coated (if under 8 colors)

• File type: High-res (300ppi+) or vector format (AI, EPS, PDF)

• Crop marks:

  • Red line = final fan cut line

  • Grey line = full printable sheet (hand-cut; small irregularities possible)

Packaging & Samples

• Fans are packed with 250 pcs per box

• Pre-branded samples are available – Ideal for checking quality and feel in advance.
